  • Mobile phone not turning on


  1. Please check mobile phone is charged.
  2. Please check the power adapter and cable.
  3. Please charge the phone using different cable and connecting to laptop or PC.
  4. Please connect the phone to PC or laptop and ensure iTunes software is running before connecting mobile phone.



  • Mobile screen cracked or broken


  1. Please log a call with IT help desk to replace screen or if required to replace phone.



  • Mobile phone charger not working


  1. Please log a call with IT help desk for replacement charger.
  2. While IT is organizing for replacement charger please charge the phone with PC or laptop.


  • Apple ID or password not working


  1. Please log a call with IT help desk.
