Phone not working

  • I don't have the Voice mail pass code


           Please log a call with IT help desk for voice mail pass code.


  • Phone not synced with base


        Please try reassign the phone to dock. please check the article how to assign a phone to dock.


  • Phone does not turn on


  1. Please check the phone is charged. 
  2. Please check the base station is connected to power adapter.
  3. Please  charge the phone by placing on base station.
  4. Please check the base station is connected to network.
